Dark Vengeance Unboxing.
This comes to us from the Tabletop Store, I assume in Germany. So here is the first glimpse of the contents and unboxing of Dark Vengeance.
It was linked via jullevi over on warseer. Thanks to the readers that pointed it out to me.

German dude wins, just for having that many behind him.
ReplyDeleteI'm visiting a non gaming friend who wanted to show me the store near his house and lo and behold they had these out.

Guy up front was assembling the models, it completely slipped my mind to ask to take a look at the rules.

So the focuss is the Hellfire stone right? Wasnt that the same for fantasy? Some stone too? :P
ReplyDeleteSo many valuable stones!!!!
I saw rules! How long till someone leaks those out!?
ReplyDeleteKnowing our internet...tomorrow :)
DeleteOf particular interest is the chaplain data sheet. I'm wondering if that blurb above the pic of the plasma pistol has the modded gets hot rules.
ReplyDeleteyup those be rules....no will they be rules from the new codexs or old school?
ReplyDeleteI'd say either the new rules or special stand alone rules for the box set only.
DeleteCan we get a translator to tell us what the hell that bloke was saying.
Those spru's look pretty packed for space looks to be filled with pleanty of goodies for us to play with
Nothing of interest. He is telling us he will open the box and then he describes the various parts, but in a very sketchy way "this is the limited Interrogator-Chaplain" "there are a lot of sprues with Dark Angels and Chaos Space Marines". "here are the special rules for the limited Interrogator-Chaplain" and so on.
DeleteReally like how packed the box is, though I expected nothing less after Island of Blood and Dreadfleet had similarily packed sprues in them.
He wasn't going into rules and was just describing what we saw. "Empty bases, chaplain from limited edition. That's the DA sprue, that's the chaos sprue. Hellbrute sprue. A construction manual for the hellbrute. Rulebook, which I will show you in detail in the NEXT video. Rules for the starter box."
DeleteWatch for his face appearing in a deck of cards marked 'Games Worskhops 52 most wanted people'.
ReplyDeleteHi All,
ReplyDeleteMy pre order of Dark Vengeance just arrived. I'm very impressed. All the minis have good detail, there is an awful lot packed onto just 5 sprues. Plenty of conversion possibilities, even if your a bit of an amateur like me! Even the templates are a nice solid plastic, not that horrible bendy stuff or those strange new ones. Nice glossy rules for the box set and mini rule book, even has quite a few pics in it and is full colour. Oh, and rules for the new chaplain to. And plenty of quick reference guides.
Andy.
Oh, and I should add.... the rule book is complete. Just no fluff.
ReplyDeleteAndy.
so the rules are..............................
ReplyDeleteThe boxed set rules?
ReplyDeleteAndy
The boxed set rules are just the most basic rules with some USR thrown in for flavour. They are in a glossy A4 magazine with a little bit of fluff and the missions. Plenty of picture references and simple explanations. Good job all round I think.
ReplyDeleteAndy.
What about the chaos lord and the chaplain, what are their rules?
